Job Description & How to Apply Below

Are you passionate about helping people while keeping processes running smoothly? We’re looking for a Leave Administrator who thrives on organization, compliance, and creating a positive experience for associates during life’s important moments. In this role, you’ll manage leave programs across the U.S., acting as the key liaison between employees, HR Business Partners, Prudential, and other stakeholders. Your expertise will ensure our leave processes are seamless, compliant, and supportive.

What You’ll Do:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for associates and HR on all leave-related matters, including FMLA, ADA, short- and long-term disability, workers’ compensation, and state-specific programs.
  • Partner with our third-party administrator (Prudential) to ensure timely, accurate claims handling and communications.
  • Interpret and apply leave laws and company policies to determine eligibility, leave type, duration, and return-to-work plans.
  • Collaborate with Payroll to ensure proper pay integration with PTO, STD, and LTD programs.
  • Maintain accurate leave records in Workday and monitor case progress for compliance and timeliness.
  • Advise managers and HRBPs on return-to-work plans, ADA accommodations, transitional duties, and job reassignments.
  • Support the ADA interactive process alongside HRBPs, Legal, and management teams.
  • Analyze leave trends, generate reports, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and the associate experience.
  • Provide training and guidance on leave policies and regulatory requirements to managers and HR colleagues.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain full confidentiality of associate medical and leave records.
Who You Are:
  • You have 5+ years of experience in leave administration and accommodations management.
  • You know your way around FMLA, ADA, and state leave laws.
  • You have hands-on experience with ADA accommodations and the interactive process (preferred).
  • Experience with Workday and third-party leave administrators is a plus.
  • You communicate clearly, empathetically, and professionally, even in complex situations.
  • You’re organized, detail-oriented, and thrive on creating a seamless experience for employees.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Spanish/English bilingual skills are a bonus.
Why You’ll Love This Role:

This is a meaningful, high-impact role where your expertise directly supports employees during critical times while helping the company stay compliant and efficient. You’ll work collaboratively with HR, Payroll, and leadership, making a real difference in the associate experience every day.
