Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Attraction Specialist with a strong background in sales within the staffing and recruitment industry (preferably in the Legal Sector). This role blends candidate sourcing and engagement with client-focused business development skills. You will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and converting top talent while leveraging your sales experience to support client growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Attraction & Recruitment:
  • Proactively source and engage passive and active candidates through a variety of channels (job boards, Linked In, referrals, social media, etc.)
  • Craft compelling job postings and recruitment campaigns to attract quality candidates.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines aligned with current and future client needs.
  • Promote employer brand and company culture to potential candidates.
Sales & Client Support:
  • Leverage your sales experience to understand client needs and translate them into effective recruiting strategies.
  • Partner with the sales/business development team to understand client accounts and deliver talent solutions.
  • Assist in identifying cross-sell or up-sell opportunities with existing clients.
  • Support new business pitches by providing talent market insights and competitive intelligence.
Collaboration & Strategy:
  • Work closely with recruiters, account managers, and leadership to meet hiring goals.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in sourcing techniques, candidate experience, and employer branding.
  • Track KPIs and recruitment metrics to optimize performance and outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, or recruitment—ideally within the staffing or agency environment
    .
  • 1–3 years of sales or client-facing experience in a professional setting, preferably staffing or HR services.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver quality candidates in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM tools, and Linked In Recruiter.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $50K-60K. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, key skills, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the position is also eligible for incentive compensation based on achievements outlined in the compensation plan.
