A major healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Director of HRIS to lead and manage Human Resources Information Systems initiatives.

This leadership role is responsible for ensuring HR technology solutions support business needs, maintaining system integrations, and driving strategic HRIS projects across the organization. The ideal candidate has strong experience with UKG, HRIS strategy, and enterprise system integrations
, along with a proven ability to lead teams and cross-functional initiatives.

• Provide vision, leadership, planning, and project management for HRIS operations
• Ensure HR technology supports current and future business needs
• Maintain integrations between HR systems and enterprise applications
• Partner with Talent Management, IT, and security teams to deliver strategic initiatives
• Drive improvements in HR processes and system capabilities
• Manage HRIS projects, budgets, and priorities
• Ensure continuity and effective delivery of HRIS services to internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with leadership to align HRIS strategy with organizational goals

• Bachelors degree or higher
• 10+ years of experience in HRIS or HR technology leadership
• 4+ years of experience with UKG
• Experience with enterprise HR systems such as Meditech HR or similar platforms
• Strong project management and system integration experience
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
