What You’ll Do as a Recruiter- Run the full recruiting process
: from first outreach to offer acceptance - Build strong talent pipelines using Linked In, research, referrals, and outbound calling
- Spend your day talking to people: building relationships through phone conversations and interviews
- Ask great questions to evaluate skills, experience, and career goals
- Support targeted recruiting campaigns and creative outreach efforts
- Stay organized by managing a database of candidates, companies, and industry contacts

- 1+ year of sales, recruiting or customer service experience
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with professionals daily
- A competitive, goal-driven mindset (you like hitting targets and improving)
- Organized, process-driven, and able to manage priorities
- Ability to work onsite in our Plano office
