• Run the full recruiting process
  : from first outreach to offer acceptance
• Build strong talent pipelines using Linked In, research, referrals, and outbound calling
• Spend your day talking to people: building relationships through phone conversations and interviews
• Ask great questions to evaluate skills, experience, and career goals
• Support targeted recruiting campaigns and creative outreach efforts
• Stay organized by managing a database of candidates, companies, and industry contacts

• 1+ year of sales, recruiting or customer service experience
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with professionals daily
• A competitive, goal-driven mindset (you like hitting targets and improving)
• Organized, process-driven, and able to manage priorities
• Ability to work onsite in our Plano office
