Talent Acquisition / Resource Management Professional
Pay Rate: $48/hour
Type: W2 Contract (6 months)
OverviewOur client, an industry-leading tax firm is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition / Resource Management professional with a background in financial services. This individual will work closely with business leaders to develop and execute strategic staffing solutions that maximize utilization, support engagement needs, and align with employee career development goals.
This role requires direct partnership with leadership and a strong understanding of professional services environments. Recruiter profiles will not be considered for this position.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver strategic staffing solutions that maximize utilization and minimize unassigned time in collaboration with Engagement Partners and Leads
- Partner directly with leadership to create staffing plans aligned with firm guidelines and employee career progression
- Provide accurate, timely reporting and insights on forecasted utilization, actual utilization, and FTE projections
- Analyze resource trends and advise leadership on directional focus and workforce planning
- Monitor staff and manager progress toward chargeability goals; collaborate with performance leaders to address gaps
- Lead staffing discussions and team meetings to align workforce plans with business demands
- Partner with Human Resources and Recruiting to determine hiring needs, timing, onboarding plans, and workforce strategies
- Uphold integrity, professionalism, and personal accountability while fostering a respectful and collaborative work environment
- Minimum 5 years of experience in resource management, finance/accounting, talent acquisition, or client service delivery within a professional services environment
- Experience supporting financial services organizations preferred
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel (pivot tables), Word, and Outlook
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
