A global specialist staffing firm within the telecoms, data centre, and technology sectors is expanding its Mission Critical division in the US. They are seeking an experienced 360 Recruiter who can build, grow, and own a niche desk in the data centre / mission critical market.

• Build and manage relationships with operators, contractors, engineering firms, and commissioning providers
• Source, qualify, and place high‑demand technical talent across the full project lifecycle
• Drive new business development and expand existing accounts

• Proven 360 recruiting experience within a staffing agency (required)
• Experience recruiting in data centres, mission critical, MEP, commissioning, or technical engineering
• Strong business development skills and a consultative approach
• Ability to build long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates
