Position: Recruiting Director (South)

Job Description

Reporting to the Lead Recruiting Director, the Recruiting Director (RD) is responsible for the successful execution of the Firm’s and their region’s recruiting strategies and hiring goals. The RD identifies, engages, and recruits future Siegfried SEALs while infusing foundational Leadership Advisory concepts throughout the process to ensure a compelling recruiting experience for all stakeholders.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position supervises the Recruiting Coordinator (RC).

Essential Functions &

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight and management of the recruiting process from first interaction through closing
  • Continuously build genuine, meaningful relationships with potential candidates and business development contacts
  • Collaborate with the National Market Sales Team (NMST), National Professional Resource Team (NPRT), and MY Relationships Team
  • Schedule candidate connections, including screenings, interviews, closings, and pre-pipeline warm‑ups
  • Identify professionals that embody the High Performance Model and align with Siegfried’s Higher Purpose and Professional Resource Offering (PRO)
  • Assess candidate motivation and ensure alignment with Siegfried’s value propositions through thoughtful questioning
  • Engage persistently with candidates, employing Leadership Advisory principles to inspire and guide them
  • Provide ongoing training and development for interview participants to maintain Leadership Advisory standards and the Recruiting Curriculum
  • Build relationships with strategic Agency Partners and lead rhythmic, strategic meetings with them
  • Collaborate and lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders to refine recruiting processes and long‑term strategy
  • Assess the team’s mindset and beliefs to ensure executional excellence, alignment, and accountability
  • Mentor, coach, advise, and monitor the RC to achieve their “Bigger Future”
  • Deliver Five‑Star Client Service while fostering collaboration across internal teams for process efficiencies
  • Monitor and report insights, ensuring quantitative performance metrics are met throughout the year
  • Track key performance indicators, including:
    • 70% of hires within a 3‑4.5 year profile
    • 70%+ of hires through the Referral Appreciation Program (RAP)
  • Ensure accurate, timely documentation of data in Workday Recruiting
  • Evaluate pre‑pipeline reporting data to identify trends and insights, and provide regular reports to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
  • Strong time‑management, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a commitment to ongoing growth and development

  • Ability to work 9‑10 hours per day (or an average of 45‑50 hours per week) consistently throughout the year
  • Willingness to work from a Siegfried office an average of four days per week, per current policy
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous recruiting experience
  • Knowledge of the Finance and Accounting industry
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
  • Experience with Workday Recruiting, CRM, and PowerBI
Location

You must be commutable to one of the following office locations:
Dallas, TX; or Houston, TX.
