Title: Temporary Recruitment Coordinator
Location: Dallas/Fort Worth, TX
Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 remote)
Duration: 4-6 months with potential extension

OverviewA fast‑paced, high‑growth organization is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support ongoing recruiting activity across multiple business lines. This temporary role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, communicates clearly, and enjoys working as a strategic partner to recruiters and hiring teams.
The Coordinator will handle interview scheduling, candidate management, systems administration, and provide overall operational support to ensure a seamless recruiting process. This person will collaborate daily with recruiters, executive assistants, and business stakeholders to keep searches moving efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling (virtual and in‑person), often partnering closely with Executive Assistants to secure time with senior leaders.
- Support full‑cycle recruiting processes, including:
- Opening requisitions in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Maintaining data accuracy and updating pipelines
- Ensuring feedback is collected and next steps are recorded
- Manage candidate communication, provide an excellent candidate experience, and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Organize and maintain search materials, job descriptions, status trackers, and documentation.
- Prepare weekly reports, update recruiting dashboards, and support data integrity in the ATS.
- Coordinate kick‑off meetings, recurring status calls, and process updates for active searches.
- Assist with candidate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reimbursements when needed.
- Provide general administrative support across Talent Acquisition and occasionally support cross‑functional HR projects or events.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and operate with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1‑5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR administration, or a related high‑volume, detail‑oriented function.
- Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities on tight timelines.
- Skilled at communicating clearly and professionally‑both written and verbal.
- Comfortable interacting with candidates, internal stakeholders, and senior‑level executives.
- Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse experience a plus) and ability to learn new tools quickly.
- High attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to remain composed in fast‑paced environments.
- Positive, team‑oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal oversight.
- This position is part of a collaborative Talent Acquisition team supporting multiple departments; the Coordinator is assigned based on team capacity rather than to a single recruiter.
- Ideal for someone who is organized, adaptable, and accustomed to working in environments with frequent shifts and high hiring volume.
