We are seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to support full‑cycle recruiting across a variety of corporate functions. This contract role is estimated to run 6–12 months, with HIGH potential to convert to full time based on performance and business need.

• Provide full‑cycle recruiting across corporate functions for a variety of roles (HR, IT, Legal, data center, and other corporate functions).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, craft job descriptions, and develop sourcing strategies.
• Manage candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Support contract to full‑time conversion discussions based on performance and business need.

• Hands-on experience with the Workday Recruitment module (required)
• 3–5+ years of corporate recruiting experience; strong agency recruiters will also be considered
• Proven expertise in Linked In sourcing and talent market research
• Ability to work onsite in the office one day per week (Tuesdays)
• Experience recruiting for data center roles is a strong plus
• Prior hiring for HR, IT, Legal, or other corporate functions is beneficial
