Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Duration: Contract through the end of the year
Pay Rate: $22–$29/hour
Job SummaryWheeler Staffing Partners is seeking an experienced HR Service Center Specialist to provide expert-level support for Human Resources services within a fast‑paced HR Service Center environment. This role serves as a subject matter expert (SME) for supported HR functions, guiding and training team members while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of HR processes, ADA regulations, and Leave of Absence (LOA) administration, along with experience in a service center or call center environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and compliant employee records to meet organizational and legal requirements
- Recommend, develop, and implement new HR processes, tools, analyses, and reporting solutions
- Coach and train HR Service Center Coordinators to enhance service delivery and knowledge
- Analyze HR data and prepare reports to meet legal obligations and external agency requirements
- Serve as liaison with vendors and corporate partners to design, modify, and maintain HR systems and processes
- Provide exceptional customer service while addressing employee inquiries and resolving HR-related concerns
- Ensure compliance with ADA regulations, LOA administration policies, and other HR standards
- Expert knowledge of supported HR functions within a Service Center environment
- Strong understanding of ADA regulations and hands‑on Leave of Absence (LOA) administration
- Experience working in an HR Service Center or call center setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coach, mentor, and train peers
- Skilled in writing professional business correspondence
- Ability to work tactfully and collaboratively with employees and HR colleagues at all levels
- High School diploma required
- Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience required
- 2 years of Service Center or call center experience preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
