Position: Corporate Healthcare Recruiter (Contract-to-Perm)

Talent Acquisition Partner – Home Health & Hospice

  • Contract-to-Perm

Overview

This role leads full-cycle recruiting for clinical, operational, and leadership positions within the home health and hospice space. Ideal for someone who wants full ownership of the recruiting process while working in an established organization with a start‑up feel. The position partners closely with HR and service line leadership to build and execute data‑driven hiring strategies.

The Talent Acquisition Partner manages the entire hiring lifecycle—sourcing, outreach, cold‑calling, interviewing, offer management, and pre‑onboarding. Strong sourcing skills and the ability to fill leadership and hard‑to‑recruit roles in competitive markets are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with HR and service line leaders to support hiring priorities and recruitment strategies
  • Build multi‑channel sourcing plans using outreach, cold calling, job boards, social media, referrals, and networks
  • Use Boolean and advanced sourcing techniques to identify talent
  • Engage passive candidates and maintain pipelines for clinical and leadership roles
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer acceptance
  • Conduct screenings and interviews, and present qualified candidates to hiring leaders
  • Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and pre‑onboarding tasks
  • Advise leaders on market trends, sourcing strategies, and hiring best practices
  • Support and train managers on recruitment processes
  • Maintain accurate postings and candidate records in the ATS
  • Track activity, manage documentation, and prepare monthly recruiting reports
  • Perform additional duties as needed
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in healthcare
  • Proven success recruiting in competitive markets
  • Strong cold‑calling, proactive sourcing, and passive‑candidate engagement skills
  • Excellent relationship‑building abilities with candidates and hiring managers
  • Metrics‑driven; comfortable using analytics to guide decisions
  • Strong urgency, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and ATS platforms (Paycom, iCIMS, Workday)
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Collaborative, self‑motivated team player
