Job Description & How to Apply Below

Our client is a high-growth, global alternative investment management firm with a dynamic and entrepreneurial culture. With a diverse portfolio across private equity, credit, real assets, and hedge fund strategies.

The Opportunity

They're seeking a strategic, analytical, and detail-oriented Compensation Analyst to join our global Total Rewards team. This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to shape compensation strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top-tier talent across our global offices. You’ll play a key role in driving data-informed decisions and aligning compensation programs with firm-wide business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to provide strategic compensation guidance across all business units and geographies.
  • Analyze market trends and benchmark compensation data to inform base salary, bonus, and equity program recommendations.
  • Support the design and implementation of annual compensation processes, including year-end reviews, bonus planning, and long-term incentive modeling.
  • Develop and maintain compensation dashboards, analytics, and reporting to drive insight and visibility for senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with global compensation regulations and evolving best practices.
  • Contribute to compensation-related communications and education efforts across the firm.
What You Bring
  • 2-5 years of progressive experience in compensation, total rewards, or financial analysis — ideally within financial services, consulting, or high-growth global firms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with HRIS systems (Workday, Success Factors, etc.) and compensation platforms a plus.
  • Solid understanding of compensation theory, benchmarking, and regulatory considerations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of discretion with sensitive data.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
