Position: HR Leave & Compliance Admin (57339)
About the Position:

The HR Leave & Compliance Admin plays a key role in supporting critical HR functions, including employee leave administration, licensing, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Administer multi-state employee leave programs (WC, FMLA, ADA, STD, LTD), including documentation, case tracking, carrier coordination, and return-to-work processes

* Administer insurance licensing and compliance, including applications, renewals, audits, and maintaining accurate HRIS records

* Oversee employment compliance processes, including I-9/E-Verify, audits, EAD tracking, and support for international employees

* Support employee engagement initiatives, including communications, event planning, feedback analysis, and budget assistance

* Provide backup support for payroll and benefits administration

* Perform special projects and other duties as assistance becomes necessary

Position Requirements :

* Bachelor's Degree preferred

* Minimum of one-year HR experience

* Experience with leave of administration

* Multi-state experience preferred

* Experience with Microsoft Office, especially excel and Google Suites

* Ability to work in a team environment

* Ability to be well organized

* Consistently maintains a high level of detail

* Ability to prioritize assignments

Work Environment & Physical Demands

* Position is full-time

* Hours:

9AM-5PM

* In-office or hybrid

* Normal office conditions.

* Must be able to sit for long periods of time.

* Must be able to type & bend to file, answer the telephone.
