Premier PV is looking for an HR Specialist for its new manufacturing plant in Dallas, TX. This full-time role requires expertise in HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in HRIS systems like UKG Pro. Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, conducting onboarding, and supporting employee queries.
