Work you'll do:
- Implement UKG HCM Pro modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Onboarding, Recruiting, Learning Management Systems, HR Service Delivery, Compensation, and Performance, considering the technology stack and integration points.
- Work with top brands across healthcare, consumer, and manufacturing industries.
- Manage the full lifecycle of UKG HCM Pro projects or work streams, including Business Analysis, Technical Specification, System Configuration, Design, Testing, Cutover, and Hypercare.
- Communicate effectively with client leaders to explain architecture complexities and integration needs.
- Gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and lead client meetings on integrations, development, customizations, and conversions.
- Design work efforts and take responsibility for deliverables.
- Identify project issues proactively and recommend solutions.
Qualifications Required:
- 5-7 years of related experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR, Payroll, Talent functions, and related processes supporting architecture.
- Technical experience with integrations, conversions, development, and UKG modules.
- Experience in full lifecycle of HCM projects, including analysis, configuration, design, and testing.
- Ability to facilitate requirements gathering workshops and meetings.
- Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and mature judgment.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
Preferred:
- External consulting experience.
- Experience with other HRIS implementations.
- Familiarity with UKG technology stack.

Compensation: The estimated salary range is $131,175 to $218,625, depending on experience and other factors. Additional incentives may apply.
