The Role

Cirrus is entering an exciting phase of growth, and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to help us build the teams that will drive our next chapter. This is a unique opportunity to join a high‑growth technology company at a pivotal time. As we continue to expand our Sales and Go‑To‑Market teams and establish our new Dallas office, you’ll play a key role in helping us attract exceptional talent and scale the organization thoughtfully and quickly.

Reporting to the Head of People, this role will serve as a trusted recruiting partner to leaders across the business while providing day‑to‑day guidance and support to a Recruiter as we continue to grow and evolve our talent acquisition function.

This role is fully on‑site in our Las Colinas, TX office. Our Team thrives on in‑office collaboration and real‑time work, with standard hours Monday through Friday.

Role Responsibilities
  • Own full‑cycle recruiting for Sales and Go‑to‑Market roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to develop hiring strategies that align with company growth objectives
  • Build and maintain high‑quality talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and market research
  • Recruit across a variety of GTM functions including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Sales Leadership
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, talent intelligence, and strategic recommendations throughout the hiring process
  • Drive an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our values and employer brand
  • Leverage recruiting metrics and pipeline data to identify opportunities, improve processes, and influence hiring decisions
  • Help develop and scale recruiting processes, tools, and best practices to support organizational growth
  • Support hiring initiatives associated with the expansion of our Dallas office and future growth efforts
  • Mentor and provide day‑to‑day guidance to a Recruiter, helping elevate recruiting effectiveness and candidate experience across the organization
Role Qualifications
  • 7+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably within high‑growth SaaS or technology companies
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring Sales and Go‑to‑Market talent across multiple levels and functions
  • Strong sourcing expertise with experience building pipelines for competitive and hard‑to‑fill roles
