We are looking for an experienced and strategic Recruiting Manager to lead and build out talent acquisition within our high‑growth insurance organization. In this role, you will develop and execute recruitment strategies that attract top‑tier talent across claims, tech, customer service, and corporate support functions. You will also shape the recruiting function itself: the team, the process, and the systems behind it.
The ideal candidate has set up a recruiting department before and brings a strong track record of building, coaching, and growing high‑performing recruiting teams.
