Operations Recruiter

Salary: $60,000-$75,000 annually, based on experience.

Location:

Hybrid – 2–3 days per week at the GEICO office, Dallas, TX.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop job descriptions.
• Source, interview, and assess potential candidates to determine qualifications and suitability for open positions.
• Build a network of qualified candidates through job boards, social media, local events, and referrals.
• Manage high‑volume requisitions and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Provide a positive candidate experience by keeping candidates informed and engaged throughout the process.
• Conduct interviews, evaluations, and present offer packages.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and provide feedback for a smooth recruitment process.

• 3+ years of full‑life‑cycle recruitment experience; contact center/high‑volume setting preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of additional relevant work experience.
• Experience in all aspects of talent search, including search strategy, innovative sourcing, pre‑screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Ability to influence and drive results in a fast‑paced environment with diverse teams and cultures.
• Experience with retained or technical recruiting in a large, complex organization.
• Strong initiative, communication, relationship management, analytical and critical‑thinking skills, with excellent judgment.
• Ability to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds of equipment and materials.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Preferred:
  Linked In Recruiter and Indeed experience; experience managing ATS requisitions and applicant dispositioning.
