We are seeking a motivated and people-focused Bilingual HR Specialist to support the daily human resources operations of our hospitality organization. This role is responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, onboarding, HR administration, and general HR support across multiple departments. The ideal candidate has experience in hospitality recruiting, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about creating a positive employee experience.

Hybrid Role Salary Range: $70k-80k
Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for hospitality positions including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, operations, and management roles
- Partner with department leaders to identify staffing needs and hiring priorities
- Create and post job advertisements across recruiting platforms and social media
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, coordinate hiring processes, and extend offers
- Coordinate job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach initiatives
- Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Respond to employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and HR procedures
- Assist managers with employee relations matters and conflict resolution
- Support performance management processes, coaching initiatives, and employee engagement programs
- Prepare HR reports, recruiting metrics, and staffing updates
- Support audits, compliance reviews, and policy implementation
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
- Assist with special HR projects and operational initiatives
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of HR experience, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Experience with talent acquisition and high-volume recruiting required
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and employee relations
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Paycom
