Opportunity

We are hiring a Recruiter to join our team and own full‑desk sourcing and candidate management across one or more of our verticals. This is not a seat for someone who needs hand‑holding, it is a seat for a driven, curious, gritty professional who wants to take ownership of their book, build relationships, and earn their way into a Senior Recruiter or BDM / Account Management role within the next 18–24 months.

• Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for active IT, Legal, and Healthcare requisitions across the DFW market
• Build and maintain a pipeline of passive and active talent through Linked In Recruiter, Zoom Info, internal databases, referrals, and networking
• Conduct thorough phone screens and in‑person interviews to assess skills, motivation, and culture fit
• Manage candidates through the full lifecycle
• Partner with our Account Managers to understand client needs and deliver on tight timelines
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date activity and pipeline data in our ATS (Tracker RMS)
• Show up, contribute, and represent Saltu at client meetings, networking events, and our weekly Thursday Happy Hours

• Curious. You ask smart questions about the businesses you recruit for, the candidates you place, and the verticals you cover. You want to learn the trade deeply.
• Coachable but self‑directed. You absorb feedback, then run with it. You do not need to be micro‑managed.
• A culture‑add. You thrive in a work‑hard, play‑hard environment, you have a sense of humor, and you genuinely enjoy being around your teammates and clients.
• Hungry for growth. You see this role as a launchpad into a Senior Recruiter or BDM / Account Management track.

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional experience
• Open to all experience levels; early‑career candidates with strong sales, hospitality, or athletic backgrounds are encouraged to apply alongside 2–5 year agency recruiters
• Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable on the phone and in person with senior decision‑makers
• Strong organizational skills; able to juggle 5–10 active reqs without dropping the ball
• Proficiency with (or willingness to quickly learn) Linked In Recruiter, Zoom Info, and an ATS such as Tracker RMS, Bullhorn, or similar
• Must be able to work on‑site in downtown Dallas, Monday through Friday
