Iron Mountain is seeking a highly organized Recruitment Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team in Dallas, TX. This temporary role is a 6–9 month assignment with a hybrid schedule (2 days onsite at 8600 Harry Hines Boulevard; 3 days remote) and a 40-hour work week.
You will drive proactive outreach, provide white-glove candidate care, and ensure a seamless experience from application through onboarding, including guiding candidates through the security clearance process.
