Responsibilities- Prospect, qualify and match candidates to physician positions within hospital systems and private practices.
- Generate and manage potential candidates for open job requisitions.
- Evaluate the knowledge and skills of each candidate against the client's requirements. Use online platforms, social media, job boards, and other resources to develop a candidate pool for open job requisitions.
- Minimum travel required.
- Competitive base salary + uncapped high-commission structure

Pacific Companies provides a reasonable base salary range of $45,000 - $85,000. Additional uncapped commission opportunities are available.
Qualifications- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
- 2 to 3 years of recruiting or sales experience within healthcare.
- Proficient in the English language.
