• Act as a consultant to the business, advising on market trends and competitive talent intelligence
• Conduct full life cycle recruiting, including candidate engagement, screening, and managing the interview process
• Develop partnerships with Global Business Managers/Leaders and HR Business Partners across multiple regions
• Attend weekly meetings to review recruiting activities and suggest new recruitment strategies
• Meet or exceed Talent Acquisition metrics and key performance indicators

• Minimum of 3 years of full life cycle recruitment experience
• 3+ years of internal client relationship experience supporting managers through the talent acquisition process
• Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes
• Experience with Workday Recruiter and Linked In Recruiter preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience in high-volume recruitment and corporate functions
• Background in campus recruiting and job fairs
• Global recruiting experience
