SummaryEnforce Consulting is seeking a driven Recruiting/Human Resources Manager with 5+ years experience in talent acquisition in conjunction with 1-2 years HR experience (preferred).
Responsibilities- Perform all aspects of talent acquisition resulting in robust talent pipeline
- Lead all onboarding, benefits administration, career development, training and development, retention, and offboarding
- Promote a positive environment by confidentially and expertly facilitating conflict resolution
- Communicate updates regarding employee policies and procedures while ensuring that proper compliance is followed
- Ensure legal compliance through proper human resource management
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy
- 5+ years talent acquisition experience across a number of recruiting platforms
- 1-2 years HR experience
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) preferred
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- Ability to work in office 5 days/week (Downtown Dallas location)
- Ability to leverage recruiting best practices
- Knowledge and ability to be a subject matter expert for all team members regarding HR-related issues
- Ability to handle and maintain a high level of confidentiality and common sense regarding sensitive employee information
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- In-depth knowledge of labor law, HR best practices, and company policies and procedures
- Ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Ability to successfully operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
