Location:
Seattle, WA (Hybrid - 3x/week onsite)
Rate: $48/hr on w2
Basic Requirements- :5-8+ years of Recruiting experience, experience with Internal Recruiting and/or experience with Sales Recruiting a plu
- sProven track record of excellent client engagemen
- tExperience building relationships across various internal stakeholders in a matrixed environmen
- tExperience partnering and influencing senior level Hiring Managers and Executive
- sUnderstanding of ATS tools and technologies, experience with Workday a plu
- sAbility to deliver on tight deadlines and executive in a fast-paced and high volume environment - Strong written and verbal communication skill
- sExperience will be evaluated based on alignment to the Values & Behaviors for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.)
