What You Will Do
- Provide proactive multi-faceted HR support for the Field.
- Identify opportunities to drive team member retention, productivity, engagement, etc.
- Play an integral role in mergers and acquisitions.
- Partner with Total Rewards to analyze compensation market and internal data to ensure competitiveness.
- Responsible for managing employee relations, investigations, etc.
- Provide consultation on performance management, promotions, compensation adjustments, transfers, etc.
- Assist with employment policy development, maintenance, and compliance.
- Provide timely support for any state and local agency audits, requests for information, etc.
- In partnership with Recruiting and Talent Management, ensure that BHG has the right talent, in the right place, at the right time.

What Do You Need
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in years of experience.
- Strong experience in employee relations, labor and employment policy, consulting in areas such as performance management, etc.
- Sense of urgency and commitment to providing an exceptional level of HR support.
- Flexible and willing to take on changing priorities and responsibilities.
- Collaborative and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Business acumen.
- Solid technical skills, including Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with mergers and acquisition a plus.

- Keyboarding for long periods of time
