Job Description
Lucas Group is hiring Executive Recruiters of all levels for our Dallas, TX office. The role includes full‑desk recruiting of both clients and candidates using a consultative approach, and leveraging internet and recruiting technology tools to source talent and opportunities. Candidates will enjoy internal training and development, a proven national strategy, and robust branding and marketing support to accelerate their success.
Responsibilities- Full‑desk recruiting of both clients and candidates with a consultative approach.
- Navigate internet and recruiting technology tools to identify prospects and opportunities.
- Engage in regular telephonic outreach to professionals at all levels of the organizations we serve.
- Develop new business relationships and pursue potential client accounts across diverse industries.
- Maintain a high level of activity in prospecting, networking, and pipeline management.
- Collaborate closely with senior recruiters and search experts to refine strategies and close deals.
- Track progress and update the CRM and other systems accurately.
- Represent Lucas Group in a professional and commercial manner at all times.
- Drive proactive account and talent onboarding to support client projects.
- Deliver client service excellence and ensure candidate satisfaction throughout the placement cycle.
- Work across the following practice areas:
Accounting & Finance, Information Technology, Sales & Marketing, Engineering/Manufacturing/Supply Chain, Military Transition, and Human Resources.
- 1-5 years (or more) of sales, business development, consulting, or recruiting experience, preferably within one or more of the required practice areas.
- Proven track record of developing new business relationships and closing deals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong phone skills and a passion for selling and learning new industries.
- Highly motivated, self‑driven, and willing to learn from advanced training and coaching.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Industry‑specific a a “best in class” sales and recruiter training program.
