Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Duration: 3 Months Contract (08/17/2026 - 11/16/2026)
Pay Rate: $23-$26/hr on W2
Job SummaryThe Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the Talent Acquisition and Talent Management teams by coordinating recruiting activities, onboarding, interview scheduling, training events, and administrative HR functions.
Responsibilities- Conduct recruiting strategy meetings with hiring managers.
- Manage candidate movement through the Applicant Tracking System.
- Review resumes and conduct phone screens.
- Coordinate candidate interviews, scheduling, and videoconferencing.
- Coordinate candidate travel and expense reimbursements.
- Provide recruiting status updates to hiring managers and HR partners.
- Coordinate background checks and drug screenings.
- Support onboarding activities, including orientations and documentation.
- Process offer letter-related activities.
- Assist with internship and rotational development program coordination.
- Participate in job fairs, networking events, and university recruiting activities.
- Update Talent Acquisition webpages and recruiting materials.
- Assist with planning and coordinating training events.
- Provide support for performance management and talent management activities.
- Maintain Talent Management calendars and schedules.
- Update Talent Management webpages.
- Minimum 1 year of Human Resources experience or previous HR internship.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent education and work experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, planning, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
- Working knowledge of Human Resources principles and employment practices.
- Experience with SAP, Success Factors, Qualtrics, Canva, Open Sesame, Articulate, Saba, Docu Sign, SharePoint, and Linked In.
- Knowledge of AAP/EEO compliance requirements.
