** seasoned HR executive
** to serve as a strategic business partner and member of the HR Leadership Team. Reporting to the CHRO, this senior HR Business Partner will lead the development and execution of talent and organizational strategies that drive business performance, leadership effectiveness, and long-term growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the business, strong executive presence, and the ability to influence and challenge senior leaders while navigating complex stakeholder environments.

The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor, consultative partner, and people leader responsible for aligning human capital strategies with business priorities.

As a hands-on HR leader, this individual will partner closely with executives and HR Centers of Excellence to deliver scalable solutions across leadership development, performance management, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, compensation, inclusion, and culture. The role also provides leadership to HR team members and drives alignment across enterprise HR initiatives while ensuring business-specific needs are effectively addressed.
