We are looking for a talented Field Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment for our operational and field service teams. You will work closely with Operational Leadership, Branch Managers, and Regional HR teams to drive hiring strategy, source top-tier skilled talent, and partner closely with operational leadership to build our workforce across the Quebec region.
The role reports to the Team lead, Talent Acquisition.
- Strategic Partnership & Advisory:
Act as an in-house talent advisor to operational leadership, consulting on market trends, compensation insights, and regional talent strategies. - Full-Cycle Recruitment Ownership:
Manage the end-to-end hiring process for field, operational, and skilled trade roles across the region, ensuring full process compliance. - Proactive Sourcing & Pipeline Building:
Execute creative, localized sourcing strategies to attract and engage both active and passive candidates within the industrial and blue-collar sectors. - Brand Advocacy & Candidate
Experience:
Serve as a true champion for "Team Green," delivering a best-in-class, respectful, and engaging experience for every candidate. - Process Management & Data Integrity:
Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Workday.
Experience:
3+ years of professional experience in recruitment, specifically within high-volume, blue-collar, or industrial/skilled trades hiring. Technical
Skills:
Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern sourcing tools.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional consultative, advisory, and relationship-building skills; strong organizational talent with the ability to manage multiple competing searches simultaneously; highly proactive, adaptable, and skilled at connecting with diverse stakeholders.
Bonus Points:
Direct experience working within the Workday Recruiting ATS platform.
