Job Title: Employee Experience & HR Programs Manager

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (flexibility available as business needs allow)

Salary: $115,000–$125,000 annually

Bonus: Discretionary performance-based bonus eligible

Travel: Up to 25% (approximately once per quarter)

Position Overview

Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a strategic and hands-on Employee Experience & HR Programs Manager for a direct-hire opportunity in Dallas, TX. This onsite leadership role is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving enterprise-wide employee experience, engagement, inclusion and belonging, recognition, and culture programs that support business objectives and enhance the employee lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is an experienced HR leader with a proven ability to own programs from strategy through execution, build cross-functional partnerships, influence senior leadership, and deliver measurable results. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with backgrounds in employee experience, human resources, organizational development, talent management, employee engagement, or culture initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Employee Experience & Culture
  • Design, implement, and manage enterprise-wide employee experience and engagement programs aligned with organizational values and business objectives.
  • Lead initiatives that enhance key employee lifecycle moments, including onboarding, recognition, development, wellbeing, and retention.
  • Develop and continuously improve employee rewards and recognition programs that reinforce organizational culture and performance.
  • Create engaging employee experiences that strengthen connection, collaboration, and retention.
  • Own HR and employee experience programs from concept through execution, measurement, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze program effectiveness using employee feedback and data.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase engagement, and enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Support office openings, relocations, and organizational transitions to ensure a seamless employee experience.
Inclusion & Belonging
  • Lead the organization's Inclusion & Belonging Council and facilitate ongoing meetings and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategies that foster an inclusive workplace culture and strengthen employee engagement.
  • Support employee resource groups (ERGs), leadership councils, and organizational engagement initiatives.
  • Build strong partnerships with Human Resources, Marketing, Information Technology, and executive leadership.
  • Influence stakeholders through effective communication, strategic planning, and change management.
  • Lead multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously while ensuring projects remain on schedule and within scope.
  • Drive accountability, stakeholder alignment, and successful execution across cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Eight or more years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Experience, Employee Engagement, Organizational Development, or related functions.
  • Five or more years of experience leading employee engagement, inclusion and belonging, culture, or employee experience initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success designing, implementing, and scaling enterprise-wide HR or employee experience programs.
  • Experience leading employee resource groups (ERGs), employee councils, or similar engagement initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to influence executive leadership and build relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and change management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.
