Here's what you'll need:
- Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program in Human Resources, an MBA program with a concentration in Human Resources, or a Master's degree program in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
Ideally, you'll also have:
- 3.0 GPA or higher
- A previous internship related to your field of study
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and a results-oriented mindset
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity
- Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building abilities
- Project management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience working with Artificial Intelligence tools
Posted Salary Range:
Minimum 60,000.00 Posted Salary Range:
Upper 80,000.00
