• Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program in Human Resources, an MBA program with a concentration in Human Resources, or a Master’s degree program in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• 3.0 GPA or higher
• A previous internship related to your field of study
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and a results‑oriented mindset
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity
• Exceptional collaboration and relationship‑building abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience working with Artificial Intelligence tools
