Position Overview

v4c.ai is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting and help us attract, evaluate, and hire strong talent across technical and business functions. This role is ideal for a proactive, organized professional who builds trusted relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

This is a hybrid position with a preference for regular in-office collaboration at our Dallas, Texas office while supporting candidates and hiring teams across locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
  • Source qualified candidates through Linked In, job boards, referrals, professional networks, and other channels.

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current openings and anticipated hiring needs.

  • Develop targeted outreach strategies for technical, consulting, project management, sales, and corporate roles.

  • Promote employee referrals and identify new opportunities to expand v4c.ai’s candidate network.

  • Candidate Screening & Assessment
  • Review applications and conduct initial screens to evaluate qualifications, experience, communication skills, and role alignment.

  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear, concise screening notes and recommendations.

  • Coordinate interviews and support consistent, job-relevant candidate evaluation throughout the hiring process.

  • Conduct reference checks and support pre-employment steps as needed.

  • Hiring Manager Partnership
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring priorities.

  • Provide regular updates on pipeline health, candidate feedback, market conditions, and hiring challenges.

  • Advise hiring teams on sourcing strategies, interview practices, and competitive talent considerations.

  • Candidate Experience & Process Management
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates and provide timely, professional communication at every stage.

  • Manage job postings, applicant tracking records, interview schedules, feedback, and offer-stage coordination.

  • Help ensure an organized, inclusive, and positive candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding handoff.

  • Reporting & Continuous Improvement
  • Track recruiting activity and key metrics, including pipeline volume, interview progress, time to fill, and source effectiveness.

  • Maintain accurate recruiting data and prepare concise hiring updates for leadership and hiring managers.

  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, templates, tools, and candidate communications.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple roles and candidates across the full recruiting lifecycle.
  • Strong sourcing and candidate outreach skills, including experience using Linked In and job boards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
  • Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential candidate and employee information.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting for technology, consulting, data, cloud, AI, or professional services roles.
  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system and recruiting productivity tools.
  • Familiarity with compensation benchmarking, offer coordination, and employment eligibility processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
