- HRBP Support:
Provide daily support to HR Business Partners on general HR matters. - Onboarding & Training:
Facilitate new hire onboarding and support the coordination of training and development initiatives. - Employee Support:
Serve as a resource for employees on HR-related topics including leaves, compensation, and workplace concerns. - HR Metrics & Reporting:
Analyze HR data to generate actionable insights and support strategic decision-making. - Immigration Support:
Partner with our immigration vendor and legal team to manage employee immigration processes and ensure compliance. - Records Management:
Maintain accurate employee records in both electronic and paper formats.
Qualifications
- Preferred 5 years of HR experience, ideally in a generalist role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Exposure supporting employee immigration processes.
- Ability to be onsite 5 days per week in Dallas, TX
