The American Heart Association has an excellent opportunity for a Human Resource Associate in our Dallas, TX, National Center office!
This is a three (3) month temporary position with the possibilty of extension. This position will work in a hybrid setting (in-office 1-3 days a week, as needed) in our Dallas office.

ResponsibilitiesThis individual is responsible will be responsbile for:
- Entering and auditing data in Workday
- Auditing and collecting I-9’s
- Updating content in Share Point
- Gathering required documentation and completing unemployment claims
- Filing and other administrative tasks
- Additional projects as assigned
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Requires zdero (0) - two (2) years of experience. Minimum one (1) year of experience in a Human Resources support position preferred.
- Knowledge of standard Human Resources practices, office procedures, and recordkeeping
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization/staff in a professional manner
- Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or HR Certification
- Previous experience with Workday, Share Point
