Fuse Staffing is expanding across Texas and investing in people who enjoy recruiting with measurable impact. This Skilled Trades Recruiter (Bilingual English/Spanish) role combines a competitive base salary with uncapped commission and performance-based incentives, plus benefits that support you day to day.
Salary range: $60,000-$90,000 per year (base), with an estimated total annual earnings range of $90,000-$170,000. This is an onsite position in the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area.
Responsibilities- Recruit, screen, interview, and qualify candidates for skilled trades, construction, commercial electrical, manufacturing, and industrial roles
- Build strong talent pipelines, with a focus on electricians and other in-demand skilled trades professionals
- Manage high-volume recruiting activity while maintaining candidate quality
- Conduct phone interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, availability, and job fit
- Maintain consistent communication and relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate interviews, orientations, onboarding, and job placements
- Partner with Account Managers and clients to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the ATS
- Source talent using job boards, social media, referrals, texting campaigns, community outreach, and creative recruiting strategies
- Meet recruiting, placement, and performance goals consistently
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Five (5) or more years of recruiting experience preferred
- Strongly preferred experience recruiting in skilled trades, commercial construction, electrical, industrial, manufacturing, or light industrial markets
- Experience working in a high-volume staffing environment
- Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly
- Competitive, self-motivated, persistent, and results-driven
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruiting needs in a fast-paced environment
