Duties
Coordinates staffing and coverage of inspection assignments within the district based on leave schedules, plant activity, training, and other factors.
Coordinates travel advances and reviews, authorizes, and audits travel requests and vouchers.
Administers the leave program for inspection and enforcement personnel by maintaining accurate records, ensuring alignment with staffing needs, and maintaining consistency with operational requirements.
Compiles staffing projections for use by the Resource Manager and Resource Coordinator to support workforce planning.
Advises the Resource Manager on employee training needs by assessing employee backgrounds and aligning training with workforce requirements.
