- 1-3 years of recruiting experience
, preferably in a high-volume recruiting environment - Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally with candidates and hiring teams
- Experience handling high-volume, non-technical recruiting for roles such as retail, call center, network professionals, and non-management positions
- Strong candidate coordination skills
, including interview scheduling, rescheduling, follow-ups, background checks, and onboarding support - Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage multiple candidates/requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting records
- Workday/ATS experience is a plus, but not required
- Comfortable working onsite 5 days per week in Dallas, TX
