Our client is seeking an experienced Compensation Manager to join their growing organization and support compensation programs across a complex, multi-state workforce.
This role will have a strong focus on compensation analysis, reporting, and supporting both union and non-union employee populations.
Primary Responsibilities:- Manage and support compensation programs across multiple states
- Provide compensation analysis, reporting, and recommendations to leadership
- Support compensation programs for union and non-union employee populations
- Analyze market data and internal compensation trends
- Partner with HR and business leaders on compensation-related initiatives
- Compensation experience within a union environment required
- Experience supporting a multi-state workforce
- Strong compensation reporting and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to partner across the organization
