DAP is seeking an HR Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support for the Dallas Plant and DC sites. Responsibilities include associate relations, policy interpretation, recruitment, onboarding, wage programs, and coordinating company events.
You will conduct payroll processing for the Dallas plant and DC facility, support HRM and site leadership, and assist with documentation and reporting as needed. Fluency in Spanish and knowledge of employment laws are required.
