Requirements
- 6+ years of Talent Acquisition, executive search or talent sourcing experience, preferably within financial services or another complex professional-services environment
- Demonstrated success identifying and engaging senior-level passive talent
- Advanced experience with Linked In Recruiter and other sourcing, research and talent‑intelligence tools
- Strong market-mapping and talent-research capabilities
- Ability to translate business needs into sophisticated sourcing strategies
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility with recruiters, business leaders and candidates
- Experience with Workday strongly preferred
- Excellent written communication and candidate-outreach skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate talent-market data into actionable insights
- Experience supporting executive or highly specialized searches preferred
- Financial-services or banking recruiting experience strongly preferred
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Demonstrates expertise in developing and executing sourcing strategies for executive-level talent, leveraging advanced tools and analytics to enhance recruitment effectiveness. Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders and translate business needs into targeted talent acquisition initiatives.
