As the Director of Technical Talent Acquisition you will enable InRhythm to build and manage a world-class team of recruiters focused on hiring the best technology, product and design talent. You will lead a talent acquisition team of full-cycle recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators partnering to deliver high quality talent within our worldwide technology business functions  the Director of Technical Talent Acquisition, you will provide the strategic and operational direction for the design/delivery of all technical talent acquisition programs, bringing recruiting and sourcing strategies that attract the very best talent for our organization.

In partnership with the Executive Leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading and growing a team of senior recruiting talent and optimizing the talent acquisition process for low time-to-fill, excellent candidate-role fit, and high throughput. Through this, the successful candidate will develop a first-class talent acquisition team, building a unique employment brand and an engaging candidate experience; being a true advisor to business leaders.
