—are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Partner (Recruiter) to join our growing team and help us find exceptional leaders to drive our mission forward.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for openings across the organization. In our rapidly growing and dynamic environment, you will keep the Talent Acquisition side of our business dialed up and delivering consistent and awesome results. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing and Recruiting: Use a mix of traditional and creative recruiting methods to attract both active and passive candidates for community leadership roles.
• Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens, in-depth interviews, and coordinate face-to-face interviews with key stakeholders. Provide guidance and tools to interview teams (including Board members) to ensure consistency and adherence to selection process.

  Serve as a trusted advisor to both candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and engaging recruitment process.
• Job Ads and Employer Branding: Create compelling job advertisements that resonate with top-tier talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
• Onboarding Support: Follow up with new hires to ensure they are integrating successfully into the organization.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and HR to align recruitment strategies with business objectives and organizational culture.
• ATS Management: Ensure all position and candidate information in our ATS (Clear Co) is current and accurate. Monitor TA metrics and KPIs to ensure we're on target.

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

• Experience: At least 5 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a corporate or executive recruitment setting.

• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems. Experience with Clear Co would be icing on the cake!
• Education: A degree or certification in HR, Business, or related field would be a plus.
