Mary Kay University is our 10-week summer internship program designed to give undergraduate and graduate students meaningful, real-world experience across a variety of business functions.

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree and enrolled in an accredited university program at the time of application (full-time undergraduate or part-time/full-time graduate students). Rising juniors and seniors preferred.
• Preferred Degrees:
  Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business, Psychology, or similar

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Self-starter attitude
• Analytical mindset with curiosity to review metrics
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills

• We offer a 10-week internship from late June to Mid-August.
• All our internships are paid, starting at $20/hour.
• Our internships are Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, and require an in-office presence 4-5 days per week.
• Our internships are located at our Global Headquarters in Addison, TX or our Manufacturing/ R&D Facility in Lewisville, TX.
