HR Generalist / Talent Management, Recruiter / Talent Acquisition
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee relations issues, investigations, coaching, and performance discussions.
- Support full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions.
- Support with conducting onboarding and new hire orientation.
- Partner with managers on staffing, retention, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain HR records and ensure employment law compliance.
- Assist with benefits, leave administration, payroll, and attendance tracking.
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Experience with employee relations and full-cycle recruiting.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field highly preferred.
- Knowledge of HR compliance, employment law, and HRIS systems.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
- Employment Type: 1-2 month contract
- Compensation: $30-35/hr.
- Location: Dallas, TX 75236
Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
