Agency Recruiter – Professional & Technical Staffing Addison, TX | Full-Time | Base Salary + Commission + Benefits

We are growing and looking for an experienced Agency Recruiter to join our high-energy, collaborative recruiting team in Addison, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment and enjoys working on a variety of professional and technical searches nationwide.

• Manage high-volume contract and direct-hire recruiting from sourcing through placement.
• Recruit primarily for Engineering and IT/Technology positions
  , along with Accounting & Finance, Operations, HR, and other professional roles.
• Source candidates through Linked In Recruiter, job boards, ATS databases, networking, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies.
• Screen and qualify candidates for technical skills, experience, compensation, availability, and culture fit.
• Build strong candidate relationships and maintain an active pipeline for current and future opportunities.
• Partner closely with account managers and leadership to understand client needs and deliver qualified candidates quickly.
• Manage multiple searches, priorities, and deadlines in a metrics-driven agency environment.

• Agency/staffing recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to recruit for both contract and direct-hire positions

• Experience recruiting Engineering, IT, technical, or other professional-level talent.
• Comfortable managing multiple openings and high recruiting volume
  .
• Strong sourcing skills and experience with Linked In Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.
• Competitive, self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working with goals and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine ability to build relationships with candidates.
