The Role

The Recruiting Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in Dallas, Texas.

You will help manage AED
123’s end-to-end recruiting process across multiple departments, including sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, and supporting hiring decisions.

You will work closely with leaders across the company to understand hiring needs, develop effective job postings, build strong candidate pipelines, and keep recruiting processes moving efficiently.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates
  • Reviewing resumes and applications
  • Conducting phone, video, and in-person interviews
  • Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintaining regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Helping hiring managers evaluate candidates and make informed hiring decisions
  • Creating and maintaining job postings
  • Developing and maintaining candidate pipelines for current and future openings
  • Supporting onboarding and training coordination for new employees
  • Maintaining accurate recruiting records and documentation
  • Helping improve recruiting processes, tools, and candidate experience
  • Supporting other related functions and projects as the role expands
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a closely related role
  • Experience managing or supporting full-cycle recruiting
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to work effectively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast-growing environment where responsibilities may evolve over time
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in Dallas, Texas
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
