Technical Recruiter

For this opportunity, you will support one of the nation’s leading healthcare performance improvement organizations, partnering with a company that works with many of the country’s leading hospitals and healthcare systems. The organization uses technology, data, analytics, and industry expertise to help healthcare providers improve performance and patient outcomes.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to provide full life-cycle recruiting support across multiple technology disciplines.

You will work directly with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, develop recruiting and sourcing strategies, identify qualified candidates, and manage the recruiting process from initial sourcing through selection and hire.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple technical disciplines.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies for each position.
• Recruit for Software Development, Quality Engineering, AI, Solutions Architecture, and related technology roles.
• Manage a high volume of openings and multiple priorities.
• Proactively source passive candidates using Linked In, sourcing platforms, networking, AI tools, resume databases, and other channels.
• Conduct candidate screens to assess experience, qualifications, interest, and compensation expectations.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide hiring managers with guidance on sourcing strategies, candidate availability, market conditions, and recruiting best practices.
• Support hiring managers throughout the interview and selection process while ensuring recruiting practices remain compliant.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruiting process and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Use Workday Recruiting to manage candidates, recruiting activity, and requisition information.
• Develop a strong understanding of the company, its business objectives, industry, and current talent market.

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or staffing environment.
• Experience recruiting for technical and engineering positions such as Software Engineers/Developers, AI Engineers, Quality Engineers, Solutions Architects, or similar roles.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
• Strong sourcing experience, including identifying and engaging passive candidates.
• Proven ability to develop sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions.
• Ability to manage a high volume of requisitions and multiple priorities.
• Experience with an enterprise ATS;
  Workday Recruiting experience is preferred.
• Experience with behavioral-based interviewing techniques.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of affirmative action requirements preferred.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

This is a hybrid role requiring three days onsite and two days remote per week.
