Early Career Coordinator

Location:
Hybrid – 3 days a week onsite preferably (Tuesday-Thursday)

• Chicago, IL or Irving, TX

Pay Rate: $20-30/hr

Start date: 9/28 or ASAP

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Must Haves:

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination
• 1+ year of campus coordinating experience
• Experience with Handshake
• Familiar with Workday
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient within Outlook
• Must be able to pivot quickly and work in a fast paced environment

Day to Day
:

The Early Careers Coordinator supports campus recruiting and early talent programs through high-volume interview scheduling, candidate communication, recruiting events, and hiring logistics. This role is responsible for creating a positive candidate experience while ensuring recruiting processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule high-volume interviews for interns, analysts, fellows, and early-career hires.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Manage interview logistics, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and building access.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams to support recruiting activities.
• Post and maintain job openings in recruiting systems.
• Coordinate career fairs, campus events, recruiting programs, and interview days.
• Maintain candidate data and track recruiting activity using ATS systems and Excel.
• Communicate updates, resolve scheduling conflicts, and support recruiting operations as needed.
